I’ve been through an epic 28-year marriage and out the other side. I’ve journeyed the depths of tantra and sacred sexuality as pathways to growth and healing. I’ve learned to put myself first and to grow my self-love. I’ve learned to create a life of pleasure and accomplishment. I am grateful for my confidence, my body, my sensuality, and my ability to attract the type of lover and partner who truly meets my needs.
How did all this happen? It all started with a Women’s Empowerment Training in 2016. This was followed by Love & Intimacy Coaching, 4 years of Somatic Relational Therapy, and DNRS brain retraining. I learned that sex and pleasure are beautiful sources of health and revitalization. Societal programming and trauma can get in the way, but beliefs can truly change. Your pleasure is good for your health! Your pleasure is your power!
Since 2017, I have worked with hundreds of individuals and couples, mentoring healing and connection through sex and relationship. Through communication of feelings, celebrating desires, and staying the course during tough moments, I have seen love and intimacy blossom in so many forms!

I will support you to you find your voice and to learn to love and express yourself fully. I will mentor pleasure practices. I will teach you how to see and hear your partner and provide them with the sex, love and intimacy they need.
My key approach in coaching is somatic and experiential, which means in sessions we talk, but I also participate and model relationship skills in real time. I become a “practice partner,” sharing my authentic feelings and responses in the moment. This provides tools and perspectives to create shifts in how you navigate feelings, sexual desires and attachment needs, and how you dance the dance of partnership overall.
My areas of specialty include women’s pleasure, sensuality training for men, tantra, sexual desire discrepancy, nonmonogamy, LGBTQ+, and conscious dating.
