Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Zoey!

I used to be a total “Type A” personality.  My focus was on productivity, getting through the to do list, getting through the day.  I prioritized relationship harmony, pleasing others, not rocking the boat.  For me, people pleasing was part of being a healer and an empath.  But then in 2020 my own health crashed.  In a really big way…

I had no choice but to start prioritizing myself.  I began to listen to my inner voice. I began to tap into my feminine essence. I began to fully trust my body and the call of pleasure.  

Opening to and following pleasure changed my life from the inside out. It helped me get to the bottom of years of health issues.  I moved on from a 28 year marriage.  I sang on stage for 500 people. I wrote my first book!  I created a thriving and juicy new intimacy life.

I couldn’t have done any of this without the support of  a good coach.  That is why I now offer my skills to others as a Love & Intimacy Coach.  I can help you reclaim the vitality, authenticity and self love that is your birthright!
